Jennifer earned a Master of Science in Nursing Degree from Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, IA in 2014.
Jennifer grew up in a small town in central Iowa and moved to the Sioux City area in 2009.
Jennifer has taken part in medical missions in Tanzania, Africa with Siouxland Tanzania Education Medical Ministries (STEMM). This organizations founded an Orphanage in Mbuguni, Tanzania and also helps in local villages with free medical care, school feeding programs and provides free orthopedic surgeries to those in need. Jennifer was blessed to be one of the rescuers of the “Miracle Kids” that survived Tanzania’s worse bus accident in history on May 6, 2017.
Jennifer also volunteers with Sunnybrook Community Church’s Street Medicine Program at the Warming Shelter in Sioux City.
Jennifer’s medical background includes experience in Cardiac Intensive Care, Same Day Surgery, Allergy & Immunology and Infection Prevention.
Jennifer is Board Certified in Family Practice. Family Practice is focused on care of people across the entire lifespan from birth to the elderly.
Jennifer is also Board Certified in Infection Prevention and Control.
Jennifer lives in Sergeant Bluff. She has 4 children: Cory, Hunter, Peyton and Hannah. She also has 2 grandchildren Myles and Avery.
Jennifer enjoys photography, scrapbooking, traveling, reading, listening to music, movies, being outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
