Here at HRH, we are so lucky to be able to see a wide variety of patients, diagnoses, and in different settings, like outpatient, inpatient, home, and more! Our Benefits
Health Insurance – All full-time employees are eligible to enroll in the facility’s group health insurance plan.
Dental Insurance - All full & part-time employees are eligible for this benefit.
Vision Insurance - All full & part-time employees are eligible for this benefit.
IPERS – All employees that are regularly scheduled employees, must participate in this benefit. This is the employee retirement plan.
Disability - All regular full-time and part-time employees are eligible for the coverage after 6 months of employment. It will be paid at a rate of 60% of the employee’s current rate of pay, based on the regular hours worked, up to 40 hours per week for the last 6 consecutive months.
Life Insurance – All full-time employees are eligible for $25,000 life coverage and $25,000 accidental death and dismemberment.
Cafeteria Plan – All full-time employees are eligible to participate in this benefit, for Health Insurance Premium, Medical Reimbursement, Dependent Care.
PTO – Provides employees with paid time from work for rest and relaxation, illnesses and personal time. Holidays are taken using Holiday Pay.
Educational Assistance – Employees are eligible after 1 year of service.
Wellness Center - The rehab wellness center is available for all employees use.
Flu vaccination – The vaccine is administered by the employee health nurse and is available to all employees.
FMLA – Up to 12 weeks off per year for the employee’s own medical reasons, to care for a spouse or child after the employee has met eligibility.
Funeral / Bereavement Leave – All employees are eligible to receive up to 24 hours in funeral leave.
